Materials

Different environmental conditions demand different materials. EPSL can supply all our products in any of the following material :-

• Aluminium Alloy
• Stainless Steel
• Mild Steel
• GRP
• Brass

As a quick guide, for general conditions, and most applications Galvanised Mild Steel is appropriate, however ... Stainless Steel should be used in saline conditions or around potable water.

Aluminium Alloy can be used in places where high humidity is experienced.

GRP is often called upon where the product may come into contact with acids, or acidic solutions.
