Where covers are required over tanks in excess of 7mts, EPSL have
developed a unique product which has been designed and tested to
spans greater than 25mts.
Built entirely from marine grade aluminium that has been anodised
to provide a greater life span and durability.
EPSL also supply a range of Geodesic Roof Covers ; Penstock Covers
; and ship cabin floors.
Short To Medium Span Odour Control Covers
EPSL odour control flat covers are made from the same high marine
grade aluminium as the large span covers utilising different sections
unique to our company.
All covers are designed to prevent the ingress of dust and water
whilst providing a substantial seal that is ideal for odour control
requirements.
 Manufacturing
is carried out using the latest CNC machinery giving high precision
fabrication, to ensure accurate installation processes on site.
All welding is carried out by fully qualified, certified Welders
to current BS and BSEN Standards. In house and independent testing
is regularly carried out to ensure structural compliance.
In compliance with our internal inspection processes, all goods
are checked for quantity and quality. Once each and every item
is acceptable, every item is clearly labelled for easy identification
on site, for installation purposes.
Prior to despatch, all goods are inspected and boxed ready for
shipments overseas in clean warehouse conditions. Each and every
box is the clearly labelled for tracking purposes and easy identification
on site, on arrival.
 Ease Of Installation
Working from EPSL general arrangement drawings, installation of
these covers is an easy process to follow.
In conjunction with our installation manual and the assistance
of one of our qualified engineers, we will guide you through the
processes required to ensure a safe and correct fit of the equipment
on site.
We can also offer a full installation service, using our own fitters,
depending on site location.
 Man Access For Inspection And Maintenance.
Where there is a requirement for inspection or man access for maintenance
of equipment, marine grade anodised aluminium covers can be supplied, sized
to suit the contractors needs.
The covers are hinged with gas struts to ensure
the opening of the cover is made easy, regardless of size.
Covers are also
padlockable.
